A.Custom Content Services:

I.Cancellation Before Project Start:

 If you wish to cancel your custom content order before we commence work, you may do so by contacting us in writing. A full refund will be issued minus any administrative fees incurred.

II.Cancellation After Project Start:

 If you cancel after we have begun work on your project, you will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date. The remaining balance of any pre-paid amount will be refunded to you.

 

B.Off-the-Shelf Content:

I.Cancellation Before Delivery:

 If you cancel your order before the content is delivered, a full refund will be issued.

II.Cancellation After Delivery:

 Due to the nature of digital content, once the content has been delivered, cancellations are not accepted.

 

C.Learning Management System (LMS) Services:

I.Subscription Cancellation:

 LMS subscriptions can be canceled at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.

C.Learning Management System (LMS) Services:

I.Refunds for Technical Issues:

 If you experience technical issues with our LMS that we are unable to resolve, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 14 days of experiencing the issue.
